About Dr. Nicholas
Dr. Marini brings more than 16 years of clinical chiropractic experience to our practice and has a passion for helping patients of all ages achieve better health and function. His clinical interests include pediatrics and pregnancy care, radiographic diagnosis, structural analysis, and evidence-informed holistic care. He utilizes a wide range of chiropractic techniques and places a strong emphasis on careful assessment, patient education, and looking at the whole person, rather than simply treating an isolated symptom.
What makes Dr. Marini’s background particularly unique is that for more than 15 years, he has also taught and mentored students in chiropractic school. His experience teaching everything from health sciences to advanced clinical courses has allowed him to develop an especially deep understanding of the science and clinical reasoning behind chiropractic care. We’re excited to bring that knowledge and experience to our patients here at Advanced Back & Neck Pain Center.
Some of Dr. Marini’s favorite moments as a chiropractor have been helping patients get back to the things that matter most to them — whether that’s helping with breech pregnancy positioning, helping someone overcome enough pain to walk down the aisle on their wedding day, or even caring for his own two daughters, whom he adjusted just minutes after they were born!
Outside of the office, Dr. Marini enjoys spending time with his two daughters, traveling, scuba diving, playing music, writing poetry, watching sci-fi, playing video games, and cheering on his favorite teams — Villanova, the Phillies, and the Eagles!
